Question 1

How do I book a vacation rental directly in Calgary?

Accepted Answer

Select your check-in and check-out dates on the availability calendar, choose the number of guests, click Reserve, then complete identity verification, sign the house rules, and pay securely through Stripe. Your dates are held for 24 hours and your booking is confirmed automatically once payment is received.

Question 2

Is direct booking cheaper than Airbnb or Booking.com for Calgary stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Direct booking removes the middleman service fees charged by Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo, so guests pay less while the host keeps more. Calgary Comfort Stays offers transparent nightly pricing with a flat cleaning fee and no hidden service charges.

Question 3

Do guests need to verify their identity to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every guest uploads a private ID document (passport or driver licence) as part of the booking flow. The document is stored privately and visible only to the host, ensuring verified guest stays and peace of mind for everyone.

Question 4

Where is the Calgary Comfort Stays vacation rental located?

Accepted Answer

The property is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is a 3-bedroom home that sleeps up to 6 guests with self check-in and instant availability across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Your.Rentals.

Question 5

Can I rent a car with my Calgary stay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Stay & Drive Calgary bundle gives you $25 back on your car rental when you book 3 or more nights. Car rentals are listed through trusted Turo partners and can be browsed directly on the site.

Question 6

How is payment handled and is it secure?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Stripe through secure PCI-compliant checkout. Your card details never pass through the Calgary Comfort Stays site. The booking is confirmed automatically once Stripe confirms your payment.
